If for any reason you wish to obtain a refund you may return your item(s) to us within 30 days of receiving your order. Please contact us at admin@thirty4ers.com.

REFUND/EXCHANGE

For all orders within the UK, any refunds or exchange, customers will need to pay for the shipping cost. Customer will need to return the item to (80 Gibson Road, Birmingham, B20 3UD), once the item is received and in good condition, the exchange or refund will be processed. Please ensure, your order number, name and reason for return (e.g. #1134 Joe Bloggs REFUND) is easily visible either inside or outside the packaging. Failure to do this, can result in the refund or exchange to not be issued.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

All orders made outside the United Kingdom are non refundable. Any issues with sizing can be exchanged, but customers will need to pay for the shipping cost for the exchanged item, by contacting us directly at admin@thirty4ers.com.


SALE ITEMS
We can only offer exchanges and credit notes on sale items. All sale items are non refundable, a credit to the value will be added to your account for future purchases if an exchange product is not requested.

DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE GOODS
In the event that the product is faulty or defective for whatever reason, please contact via the contact form at the bottom of the page with your name, order number and a detailed explanation of the defect, and where possible, please provide a digital photograph to help us process your query quickly. We will then reply to you as soon as we can and will tell you what to do next. Do not send the product back before we have authorised you to do so.

INCORRECT ITEM
If you have received an incorrect item, please ensure you return the goods in their original condition with hang tags attached within 14 days of them arriving with you. The returned goods are your responsibility until they are delivered to our returns department. For your protection, we recommend you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the goods you are returning. Upon satisfactory receipt of the returned product and confirmation that the item shipped was incorrect, we will refund your postage and either arrange for a replacement to be sent to you or we will refund you the cost of the product.

WRONG SIZE/DOESN'T SUIT
If the product doesn’t fit/suit you, then please arrange for it to be returned to the address below. Please ensure you return the goods in their original condition with hang tags attached within 14 days of them arriving with you. The returned goods are your responsibility until they are delivered to our returns department. For your protection, we recommend you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the goods you are returning. Upon satisfactory receipt of the returned product we will issue you with a refund to the cost of your items. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility and the item is your responsibility until it reaches us. The original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or a mistake by us.

 


Please note it can take up to 10 working days, after we have received your returns goods, for you to receive the funds into your account.
