UK Shipping 

We aim to dispatch all UK orders promptly to ensure you receive your items in excellent time.

• Standard Delivery (Tracked 48):
  2–3 working days after dispatch
  – Fully tracked with updates from Royal Mail
  – Free or discounted on select orders/promotions

• Next Day Delivery (Tracked 24):
  Next working day after dispatch
  – Orders placed before 1pm Monday–Friday will be dispatched the same day
  – Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be dispatched the following working day (usually Monday)

International Shipping

We offer tracked international delivery via Royal Mail International Tracked service. Delivery times vary depending on the region. All orders are dispatched from the UK.

Delivery Estimates by Region:

• Western Europe (e.g. France, Germany, Netherlands, Ireland):
  3–5 working days

• Southern Europe (e.g. Spain, Italy, Portugal, Greece):
  4–6 working days

• Eastern Europe (e.g. Poland, Romania, Hungary):
  5–7 working days

• Scandinavia (e.g. Sweden, Denmark, Norway):
  4–6 working days

• North America (USA & Canada):
  5–7 working days

• Middle East & Asia (e.g. UAE, Saudi Arabia, Pakistan, India, Malaysia):
  6–10 working days

• Africa (e.g. South Africa, Nigeria, Morocco):
  7–12 working days

• Australia & New Zealand:
  6–10 working days

Customs & Import Duties (International Orders)

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local handling fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend checking your country’s import regulations before placing your order.

Unfortunately, we cannot control or reimburse these fees. If you refuse to pay the customs charges and the parcel is returned to us, the return postage will be deducted from your refund.
